Today’s Fair Highlights At A Glance — Monday, July 27

Screen Shot 2015-07-26 at 4.40.32 PMTheme: Today is Disabilities Awareness Day, the sixth year of this special day at the fair. Carnival provider Mid-America Shows offers special rides from 10 a.m. – noon open at altered speed and lighting. From noon to 2 p.m. in Heritage Park there will be Special Olympics skill events, and at 1:30 p.m. the Rope Warrior will perform on the park stage.

Weather: Morning fog will burn off and become sunny with a high in the mid 80s, and then cooling off this evening.

Grandstands: The 2015 Elkhart County 4-H Fair Concert Series continues at 8 p.m. with Little River Band, which still has reserved track seats on sale for $30. Tuesday’s Cole Swindell show also has reserved seats available, and Wednesday wraps up the concert series with Montgomery Gentry (who replaced Trace Adkins), also with track seats for sale. Grandstand seating for all shows is free with admission.
